Prior to Steve establishing Ecological Survey & Management in 2006 and Chris uniting with Ecological Survey & Management in 2010, the two Partners had established themselves as senior level ecologists in consulting organisations and successfully managed specialised, independent ecological consultancies. Their collective experience in ecological consulting includes many projects across Australia in various industries. A brief synopsis of some of the projects undertaken is provided below:

  • Ecological assessments of several coal mining operations including the Hail Creek, Clermont, Curragh, Wilkie Creek, Lake Lindesay and Glen Wilga Coal mines, Trap Gully Exploration and out of pit spoil dump and Meandu Creek Diversion
