Ecological Survey & Management is committed to minimising health and safety risks in the work environment and fostering a culture of safety through our dealings with other organisations including clients, consultants and contractors. To achieve this, site specific occupation health and safety plans are developed for each project with a field based component.

The safety plan is designed to identify and assess risks to workers safety and develop control strategies to manage these risks. All field workers are inducted into the safety plan to ensure that they are familiar with risk control strategies and procedures in case of an incident. Any workplace incidents, including near misses, would be reported to the client immediately and a debrief undertaken and documented to identify any underlying issues and put in place any actions required to prevent similar incidents occurring again.
